Position: Security Specialists- Personnel Security Reports To: The Customer and PM Clearance Type: Active TS/SCI with CI Poly Work Location: Fort Meade, MD; Reston, VA Start Date: Immediately Job Description: Advantage SCI is seeking Security Specialists- Personnel Security to be considered for employment. Individuals shall Assist the Government in assessing, validating and certifying the trustworthiness of customer and designated DoD-affiliated personnel for access to sensitive' compartmented information, through case management, adjudication and due process. Review forms for accuracy and process security clearance documentation for personnel security investigations and clearances. Maintain personnel security records and databases used in the personnel security process. Develop recommendations with sufficient supporting rationale to enable the Government to decide whether to grant, deny, or revoke a security clearance or eligibility to occupy sensitive positions. Check the status of pending cases and maintain suspense logs. Prepare written reports and briefings as required; other duties as assigned. Minimum Requirements: • 3-5 years of relevant experience • Possess a TS/SCI and successfully passing CI Poly • Knowledge of the Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Outlook, Word and Excel. • Excellent written and oral reporting skills, interpersonal skills, and the ability to communicate at all levels of the organization and customers across geographically dispersed sites. • Experience working in DIA a plus • Must have a valid certification of completion in PII and Cyber Awareness Challenge from Information Assurance Support Environment (Only valid within 30 days of hire). Position: Activity Support Staff (Security Specialist) Reports To: PM and Customer Clearance Type: Top Secret/SCI, SAP Eligible Work Location: Dayton, Ohio Start Date: ASAP Advantage SCI is seeking an Activity Support Staff (Security Specialist) considered for employment. These individuals will be responsible for providing personnel, physical, communication, and other program security-related services in support of a government customer. Minimum Requirements: •Must currently possess an active Top Secret/SCI security clearance •Bachelor's Degree desirable •Possess a minimum of 10 years demonstrated Security Specialist experience in an SCI environment •Experience in a SAP environment preferred •Must have a valid certification of completion in PII and Cyber Awareness Challenge from Information Assurance Support Environment (Only valid within 30 days of hire). Raytheon Space & Airborne Systems is seeking a senior SW Integrated Product Team Lead with strong Lean and Agile Scrum development skills needed to support an Electronic Warfare RWR development and similar emerging programs. As a technical leader, the SW IPT Lead will expand and influence program developments by working closely with the other technical lead engineers to set future technology and process direction for the program. The SW IPT Lead is responsible for executing to the program requirements, as well as ensuring that cost and schedule commitments are being met to ensure on time delivery of the end products. The SW IPT Lead will provide weekly reporting of key programmatic milestones in accordance with the program plan, while insuring risk mitigation throughout the program. The SW IPT Lead will also interface directly with the Raytheon management team and customers in meetings and reviews.
