Job Purpose: The APMCE performs on-site supervision of contract personnel and contract performance. The APMCE has overall oversight and management of the language and content exploitation of digital media and other documents. The APMCE will have oversight of the workflow and the human language technology tools and their application for linguists.  The APMCE manages personnel issues, tracks work hours, and maintains accountability, quality, and efficiency standards of productivity for Contractor personnel.    General Qualifications and Duties:   Shall have a minimum of three years previous experience in the supervision of contract personnel. The APMCE and at least three years’ experience in managing documents and media exploitation operations and five years previous experience working as a linguist. Shall hold an active Top Secret/Sensitive Compartmented Information clearance as required by the contract and position. Previous DIA access desired. Must be comfortable briefing senior Government personnel and senior corporate personnel Ability to provide potential support in deployed locations at any of the supported theaters of operations (CONUS and OCONUS) Ability to monitor linguist performance and productivity while maintaining accountability of contract personnel Ability to identify individuals with the requisite leadership and skills for team lead, triage, workflow coordinator, and quality control linguists and coordinate with the Government to utilize these individuals in the identified areas Coordinate with Government staff to ensure the required contract employee coverage to accomplish the mission Ability to assist government supervisors managing he Deployable Harmony DOCEX Suite (DHDS) and other tools used in language exploitation as designated by the government Inform Corporate and Government staff of personnel issues adversely affecting contract performance Shall be able and willing to review raw, unfiltered media, including media containing objectionable material Ability to maintain and enforce standard operating procedures (SOPs) Maintain efficient personnel rosters, ensuring all contractor personnel supporting contract are up to date on training credentials related to the mission Indoctrinating incoming Contractor personnel into customer sit, to include in processing and orientation briefings Capability of providing a motivating environment and resolving conflicts quickly and professionally Ability to provide input to media exploitation team members in the production of written reports developed from target material utilizing the specific foreign language, such as providing a gist (summarization of key points), summary, transcript or written translation of the material Possess technical automated information system skills, such as Microsoft Office Suite, to be used in conjunction with written translations, the ability to use advanced language software programs, and the ability to participate in forensic processing Ability to perform other tasks as required by the Corporate PMO Highly desired two year’s experience with NMEC Exploitation system and Harmony/TED database/ ideal candidate possesses a a professional degree or Program Management Certification. Management experience in other IC fields is desired Must be proficient in MS Office Suite

Job Purpose: The Program Manager (PM) performs on-site supervision of contract personnel and contract performance. The PM is the senior contract company representative on site and must represent the company and the Government professionally. The PM receives mission guidance from the Government for execution. The PM manages personnel issues, tracks work hours, and maintains accountability, quality, and efficiency standards of productivity for Contractor personnel.     General Qualifications and Duties:   Shall have a minimum of seven years previous experience in the supervision of contract personnel and at least three years experience in managing documents and media exploitation operations Shall hold an active Top Secret/Sensitive Compartmented Information clearance as required by the contract and position.
