Q: Who can see my resume?

A: We provide access to vetted corporate subscribers who have a paid subscription to our services. These subscribers represent organizations that do business with the U.S. government and have a need for services by professionals with security clearances.


Q: How long does my resume remain online?

A: Your resume is online until you remove it, or request that it be removed.

Some resumes may be removed for a variety of reasons: we attempted unsuccessfully to contact you, your email bounced back, and we received some indication that you are no longer interested in receiving contacts.


Q: Can I block who sees my contact information?

A: Yes, send us your resume directly: Resumes@IntelligenceCareers.com 

We remove all contact info from your resume, replace your name with a CV number and create a unique email for employers to contact you --- that email comes to us and we forward it to you.


Q: Will I receive marketing messages? ... or added to a mailing list?

A: No, you will not receive marketing messages from us as regards services. We also do not automatically add you to our jobs and career news newsletter.

However, we do contact candidates approximately every 90 days to see if they want to update their resume.


Q: Is IntelligenceCareers.com GDPR-compliant?

A: No, the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) is a European Union (EU) standard. Our website offers opportunities which almost always are open explicitly to U.S. Citizens only. Some jobs on our website may be open to Green Card permanent resident aliens.

Within our resume database we filter out resumes which may not be U.S. citizens.

The EU GDPR does offer some very good guidelines for information privacy which we have adopted in some circumstances.
