IC Strategic Workforce Planning Analyst (NCR)
MUST have active Top Secret SCI security clearance.
- Requires Bachelor’s degree in a related field with at least 10 years of relevant experience; 4 years of experience may be substituted for a degree
++ Data analytics skills: In support of analyzing both quantitative HR data and skills information collected via surveys/interviews, the candidate must be familiar with working with HR data/metrics and tools/methods for analyzing & drawing insights from this data.
++ Interview, focus group and survey skills: In support of the team in designing, arranging, facilitating, and examining results from manager & employee interviews, focus groups and employee surveys. Having an I/O psychology or social science background experience would be a plus.
++ Consulting and presentation skills: Candidate must possess proven level of professional polish who can help create impactful deliverables (written materials, briefings, data visualization), and who is comfortable presenting them to client-facing audiences.
Must have at least five (5) years of experience in technology consulting and complex projects and a Bachelor's degree or equivalent training and/or experience with a Master's degree or advanced training in information technology. Four (4) years of additional experience may be substituted for a degree.
The candidate is expected to:
++ Support workforce assessment, skills gap assessment, competency assessment, succession plan and design, recruitment plan and design, training plan and design, onboarding plan and design, retention plan and design, and performance management plan and design
++ Assist in creating implementation plan for all designed HR/Workforce initiatives
++ Collaborate with Gvmt staff across CIO and customer to determine, prioritize, and document the appropriate Strategic Initiatives to include the Implementation Plan
++ Provide updates and ensure the understanding or clarity of process and progress to the CIO Gvmt staff on a weekly basis
++ Assist with multiple meetings, training, and collaboration sessions with CIO Senior Leadership Objective Champions and Initiative Owners for capturing and providing feedback for high level initiative plans, developing outcome measures and detailed plans for each initiative
++ Develop and present executive level briefings on findings, plans, and implementation processes as needed. Document all processes pertaining to over Strategic Workforce plan in SOP.
