The Defense & Intelligence Group of Leidos has an opening for a Computer Systems Analyst located at our OCONUS site, Bagram, Afghanistan.
The Systems Administrator will support the SS-AISR program in which you will provide maintenance and troubleshooting of computer-based systems.
• Account creation in a domain environment
• Quarterly patch install
•Troubleshooting issues on Aircraft and ground systems
•Maintaining Cisco network equipment
•Technical documentation of procedures, and other duties. Qualifications:
BASIC REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
This position requires candidates to adhere to DoD 8570.01-M Certifications. You must have, and maintain, one of the following baseline certifications, and, one computing environment (CE) certification.
-Acceptable IAT Level II Baseline Certifications: Security+ CE, CASP, CCNA Security, CISA, CISSP (or Associate), GISCP, GSEC, GCED, GCIH, or, SSCP
-Acceptable CE Certifications: FedVTE (Windows Operating System Security), Server+, Linux+, MCSA (2008/2012/2016), MCSE: Server Infrastructure, MCSE: Private Cloud, MCSE: Cloud Platform and Infrastructure, RHCSA, RHCSE, CCNA, CCNP, CCIE
-Must have basic Windows system administration skills both in a Domain and Non-domain environment.
-Strong system troubleshooting and the ability to apply root cause analysis to determine hardware, software, network or configuration issues to identify the appropriate remediation.
-Firm understanding of RAID technologies and efficient storage of large datasets.
-A current DoD Secret level of clearance
-Valid passport for at least 3 years.
-Ability to read, write and speak English
-Must be able to meet CENTCOM CRC medical minimum standards
-Must be able to meet deployment training minimum standards
-Must be able to work with customers and subcontractors in a professional manner

-Experience with Linux, Windows Systems and ESX virtual environments
-Experience with Networks and Cisco equipment.
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE: Requires a BS degree,
(additional years of relevant experience may be accepted in lieu of a degree),
