Job Description:

The U.S. Army Intelligence Center of Excellence (USAICoE) trains U.S. Military and U.S. Government personnel in basic and advanced intelligence operations, based on DoD requirements. Raytheon employees in this position will serve as Aerial Sensor Operators (ASO) and provide training support to all phases of the MC-12 training mission. These services will be provided to active, reserve and National Guard military intelligence and aviation students going through the MC-12 training course. All training shall be conducted in compliance with the most current Programs of Instruction (POI) and the applicable Flight Training Guides (FTGs).

The Aerial Sensor Operator will provide instruction with 2 students for each flight period on a daily basis Monday through Friday and weekends as required. The instructor will train students in the MC-12 Spectrum of Operations, standard A-ISR operations and basic TTPs pertinent to Aerial Sensor Operations. This will include but may not be limited to real and near time cross cuing/tipping; dynamic re-tasking; ground unit targeting; target handover; activity report delivery; aircraft orientation; aircraft safety; ground forces commander support; personnel recovery; counter tactics; defensive systems and Joint Tactical Air Controller (JTAC) familiarity.

The training will specifically include operations in support of onboard Aerial Sensor Operators utilizing onboard full-motion video (FMV) devices and other sensor equipment. Prior to assuming instructor duties the Government will evaluate and endorse that the instructor is qualified to teach the POI. This task will support the 304th Military Intelligence Battalion, 111th MI Brigade, United States Army Intelligence Center of Excellence (USAICoE).

Required Experience:

·Must possess and/or eligible to possess a TS/SCI and have experience as an ASO in Task Force ODIN, Project Liberty or similar type Aerial Intelligence, Surveillance and Reconnaissance (A-ISR) missions within the last 24 months

·Must have logged at least 600 hours as an ASO crewmember on an A-ISR platform

·ASO personnel must have a current flight physical in accordance with AR 95-20 and AR 40-501 and at least 6 months operational experience in a deployed environment

·Must have experience operating both TORCH and ORION operating software

Required Education:

Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent years of experience within the discipline may be considered in lieu of the educational requirement. 105819
