Raytheon Company is searching for a highly motivated, energetic individual to assume responsibilities for Chief Engineer, Cyber Operations Development & Evaluation (CODE) Center in Dulles VA.

Raytheon seeks a CHIEF ENGINEER (CE) who will be the CODE Center’s primary cyber-systems lead for operation and continuing improvement for system engineering, technical performance, system configuration, and related technical activities and associated deliverables. This position provides technical leadership in a broad range of Cybersecurity topics for improving the hardening and resilience of Raytheon systems and the operation of the CODE Center Cyber Range. Current cyber domain expertise, industry experience, and customer relationships are all essential elements of success for the CE. The position requires travel including international, and it is based out of Dulles, VA.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:
·Provide cyber security technical leadership for proposal and business development activities including direct interaction with international customers.
·Drive solution for hardware, software, and develop policies and procedures for securing operational cyber range infrastructures
·Provide technical direction for development, engineering, interfacing, integration and testing of components of system
·Provide internal and external customers with technical design support to system acquisition specification, design, proof-of-concept prototyping, development and evaluation of management information and decision support systems
·Interface directly with customer and program management team
·Perform requirement elicitation, analysis and functional allocation
·Provide technical oversight of program milestone reviews
·Ensure effective and innovative training plan is in place for knowledge transfer
·Active member in Integrated Product Teams (IPTs) and program Engineering Review Boards (ERBs); with responsibility to foster active engagement across team members

Required Skills:

Minimum of ten (10) years of Information Technology related design, architecture, and systems implementation experience· Existing US TOP SECRET security clearance·Significant experience as a lead systems design engineer or architect for an Information Assurance, Information Security, or Cyber Security program or project in the past six (6) calendar years
·Experience as a lead systems design engineer, architect or implementation lead for a Threat-Based, Intelligence-Driven, Cyber Security program or project in the past three (3) years
·Currently hold at least one (1) industry-standard information security management certification from a vendor or product neutral certification entity (e.g. ISC2, ISACA, GIAC)
·Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, information assurance, or related field
· Experience working with Microsoft Office product suite
·Demonstrated ability to lead a large-scale Cyber COTS integration effort
·Strong understanding of security design and architecture
·Experience establishing and maintaining good working relationships in all levels of theorganization, including customers, prime contractor organizations, internal management, and support organizations
·In-depth knowledge and demonstrated experience with most of the following technology areas:
·Security COTS integration
·Security Architecture
·Insider Threat Monitoring
· Agile / DevOps
·Vulnerability Assessment testing
·Identification and Authentication schemes
·Public Key Infrastructure and Identity Management
·Computer Network Exploitation (CNE)
·Computer Network Operations (CNO)
·Malware Analysis
·Reverse Software Engineering
·Wireless device security applications

Desired Skills:

·Existing US TS/SCI security clearance
·Strong customer relations skills and cultural awareness and sensitivity
·Familiarity and proven success with working in International markets
·Raytheon experience and knowledge of engineering processes

Required Education (including Major):

Master’s degree in computer science, information assurance, related field
