Raytheon IIS/GIS provides Operations and Maintenance support for the Intelligence Community
The Sr Operations Engineer I (CIE analysis) will interface with the customer on and off-site to identify technical problems that the position is uniquely positioned to solve.
Develop holistic problem solving strategies that incorporate all available data and information path ways, using a multitude of available resources.
Work with application developers on and off-site to brainstorm, prototype, and test new tools.
Execute operations using non-baselined tools and resources, such as local based equipment.
Provide training to operators to facilitate 24/7 operations using non-baselined tools when appropriate.
Analyze data and provide results and refine data strategy requirements for future data production efforts and continually communicate results/change with stakeholders.
Works under limited, and sometimes no supervision. Will follow established procedures. Reviews work for soundness of technical judgment.
The employee must exhibit a professional manner in dealing with the customer, stakeholders and team members. The analysis must maintain constructive working relationships.
Required Skills:Overtime may be required due to frequent support to rotating shift schedule.
Required Education (including Major):
Requires a bachelor's degree and 4 years of related experience or 12 years equivalent related experience in lieu of a degree.
Qualified applicants will be subject to a security investigation and must meet minimum qualifications for access to classified information. U.S. Citizenship and an active TS/SCI security clearance with CI Polygraph are required.
