Job Description

The Program Manager (PM) reports to the Director Advanced Mission Solutions (AMS) Program Area. The individual will lead a cross-functional project teams that manage projects of varying degrees of complexity, principally, but not limited to, the planning and design and construction of physical capital assets at various OCONUS location (support buildings that include SCI and SAP accredited office space and equipment, storage; power station including generators and fuel storage; driveway, parking, perimeter fencing and landscaping). The PM is responsible for both the design and construction phases of the program, serving as the central point of contact for project management and subcontract management activities


•US Citizen with current TS/SCI security clearance
•10+ years of applicable experience with 8 + years successfully working in gov't contractor corporation similar to Raytheon, including supporting Gov't customers.
•Proven ability working with EVMS or similar PM tool
�Ability to obtain Program Management Level 4 Certification or similar within 1 year.
•Experience establishing and maintaining good working relationships with all levels of the organization, including Government customer, IPT leadership, and support organizations
•Excellent written and presentation skills, including negotiation skills
•Proven ability to quickly come up to speed on technical and management efforts currently underway
•Experience with the Microsoft Office suite (e.g. PowerPoint, Excel and Word)
•Must be willing and able to do some travel as required to include international

Desired Skills:

•Experience with Development and Maintenance of a large scale Ground Station
•Experience in proposal preparation and negotiations
•Experience preparing and presenting senior level briefings for external customers and internal management
•Earned Value Level 2 certification or ability to obtain associated certification

Required Education (including Major):

•Bachelor Degree in Civil Engineering or related field or equivalent combination of education and experience (Technical BS Degree = 8 years of additional applicable experience)
