Our diverse team sells, distributes and supports our products internationally and our software engineers often travel abroad to provide engineering services and training to new and existing customers. As a Senior Principal Engineer on our team you will be able to participate in all levels of development and delivery of our product. You will participate on the configuration control board on the projects you are assigned to, and use your imagination to come up with solutions to complex problems. This position focuses on deploying and sustaining software from the Raytheon EAGLE product line (listed below)- EAGLE, Raytheon's Enhanced Automated Graphical Logistics Environment (For more information see: www.raytheoneagle.com)
- EAGLE Maintenance Management Information Systems (MMIS) software products (For more information see: www.raytheoneagle.com)
Required Experience, Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:- A strong background specifying, deploying, and sustaining Enterprise Asset Management systems (e.g. Maximo, EAGLE, MMIS, Gold/ESP, Oracle EAM, etc.)
- Experience with Oracle or similar Relational Database Management System
- Experience maintaining client/server applications- Experience working with customers to create requirements and design documents
- Project management experience
- Ability to work without supervision and turn your ideas and customer requirements into working software
- Ability to work with other teams and team members on final system test and integration
- Ability to lead and direct junior team members
This position requires the ability to access systems that contain information restricted to US Citizens based on certain Federal Government contractual requirements.
Desired Experience, Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
- 6+ years of logistics engineering experience- Ability to organize complex information and handle the details that make systems work
- Ability to manage several small projects from beginning to end
- Oracle PL/SQL and d
Required Education:- BS in the Sciences, Technology, Engineering, Mathematics or related degree.
