Raytheon IIS/GIS provides Operations and Maintenance support for the Intelligence CommunityJob Description:
Perform systems engineering functions related to the operations and maintenance of a complex program. Act in the roles of Project Lead, Engineering Activity Team Lead, and Anomaly Response Team Lead. Liaison between offsite engineering staff, site subject matter experts, and key site customers to coordinate the execution of complex engineering activities for government assets. Qualified candidate must be comfortable briefing senior contract and government officials on highly-technical engineering procedures. Other duties include ensure the integrity of the operational baseline during software promotion and installation activities and interface with the development and integration organizations to deliver enhanced capabilities or maintenance upgrades. This position requires candidate to carry a 24X7 pager on a rotating basis, periodically being subject to recall during off-hours and weekends, and occasionally involves a work week in excess of 40 hours.
