Job Description

The Global Intelligence Solutions (GIS) and Navigational and Environmental Solutions are Mission Areas (MA) within IIS Global Intelligence Solutions. GIS maximizes Raytheon’s software development skill base and best practices from large-scale command and control, mission planning, and data processing systems. NES leverages Raytheon’s expertise in data processing improvements and applies these to navigation and environmental missions for command and control (C2) and data processing solutions. GIS and NES are in search for a Financial Planning and Analysis Manager to lead the MA FP&A organization. The individual will require strong communication, presentation skills, high level of energy and the ability to analyze and recommend solutions for complex business issues. Roles and Responsibilities
The role of FP&A Manager will:
  • Report to the Director of Finance for GIS/NES
  • Manage the overall close process for MA’s to include monthly forecasts
  • Manage the Monthly Operating reviews
  • Prepare ad-hoc analysis for monthly variances for key financial measurements
  • Support various IIS level reviews and requests such as Unbilled reviews, Short Range Outlooks (SRO) and Monthly data requests
10 years relevant experience in these areas is required along with a Bachelor's degree.

This role requires an active SCI security clearance.

This role can be located in Aurora, Colorado or Dulles, Virginia or Richardson, Texas. No relocation assistance available.
