Job Description: As Sr. Systems Engineering & Integration (SE&I) Engineer, provide enterprise-wide systems engineering and integration support to an operational government customer within the IC. The Sr. SE&I Engineer provides systems engineering and integration support to assess, plan, coordinate, schedule and execute projects from inception through system transition. The key purpose of this position is to assist the government in making informed decisions regarding the installation, integration checkout and test of operational system modifications and upgrades. This position is also an advocate of innovative Raytheon solutions and technologies to meet customer needs
Raytheon IIS/GIS provides Operations and Maintenance support for the Intelligence Community.

Required Qualifications:
  • US Citizenship with an active TS/SCI and current CI polygraph is required.
  • Minimum 6 years related experience providing systems engineering and project management support to operational elements of the intelligence community to include:
    • Project planning and scheduling
    • Systems installation, integration and test
    • Requirements analysis
  • Proven ability to work collaboratively in multi-contractor teams
  • RFC impact assessment
  • RFC development
  • Support to field tests, studies and evaluations
  • Excellent communications skills
Desired Skills:
  • Familiarity with NSIS
  • Evidence of strong customer relationships
  • Experience working across contract boundaries
  • Six Sigma certification
  • Systems Engineering or Project Management certification

Required Education (including Major):
  • Bachelor's degree (BA, BS) or equivalent relevant experience.
