Job Description: Raytheon IIS is seeking a highly motivated Hardware Configuration Management Analyst. This position will provide configuration management (CM) support to engineering programs and will support the management and control of hardware configurations and baselines, ensuring complete traceability of changes through a documented change management process.

With a focus on Hardware Configuration Items (HWCIs), tasks include configuration identification, configuration control, configuration status accounting, data management, product release and delivery, and configuration audits. Track and process hardware drawings and engineering change notices. Create/improve CM processes related to HW CM. Facilitate Configuration Change Control Boards and provide CM assessments and inputs to engineering change requests. Interface with all engineering disciplines and program management. The candidate must be a flexible team player with the ability to prioritize and juggle multiple concurrent tasks in a diverse environment. US Citizenship is required due to the candidate needing to have a current US Security Clearance.

NOTE: Candidate with a current TS/SCI Security Clearance or higher are eligible for a $20,000 sign on bonus if the clearance is confirmed and you're hired by Raytheon.

Required Skills: 2 years of related work experience required.

Must have an active US Government Security Clearance (TS/SCI with FSP) including undergoing a background investigation and must meet minimum eligibility requirements for access to classified information. US Citizenship required.

Experience developing and implementing Configuration Management principles, processes and training, such as configuration control, identification, data management (library/repository), product release and delivery, and configuration audits.

Experience working in a technical environment interfacing with all engineering disciplines and able to work well in a team environment and actively assist or provide direction as needed.

Experience with a Configuration Management System.

Experience with Microsoft office tools advanced features: Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Access or other database experience requiring schema definition and data manipulation.

Ability to guide individuals to accomplish change management steps in a timely manner.

Highly organized, detail oriented and able to implement strict process for change control.

Desired Skills:

Experience working with CMMI and ISO 9000 CM requirements.

Must be organized and able to prioritize task efforts.

Experience working within a team environment as well as working independently with minimal supervision.

Excellent written and oral communication skills.

Certifications in Configuration Management

Required Education (including Major): Bachelor of Science or Bachelor of Arts degree and 2 years of related work experience required or an additional 8 years of experience required in lieu of degree.
