Raytheon Intelligence Information an Services, a leader in CNO/CNE, is seeking quality Senior Systems Engineers who are comfortable working among other engineers as well as leading engineering tasks on their own.Excellent communications skills, both written and verbal, are essential as is familiarity and experience applying Systems Engineering Best Practices.The successful candidate will develop and maintain relationships and partnerships with customers, end users, stakeholders, peers, partners, vendors, team members and contractors and work with stakeholders to identify best-fit technical solutions to meet LSI needs, define constraints, and develop requirements and concept of operations documentation while identifying technical risks and developing mitigation.
· 6+ years of applicable experience
·Existing TS/SCI Clearance with a Poly
·Experience with system development life cycle
·Demonstrated ability to assess requirements, identify dependencies and develop response plans
·Strong initiative with ability to work effectively with minimal direct supervision
·Demonstrated strong interpersonal, communications, organizational, and planning skills.
·Strong commitment to quality customer service and delivery of mission critical capabilities
·Experience creating, managing and implementing systems development control procedures.
·Familiarity with Configuration Management
·Familiarity with Automated Testing
·Experience with web based multiple tier computing environments
·BS/BA in Engineering, Science, Mathematicsor similar, OR equivalent combination of education and experience
