The Department of Homeland Security (DHS) has a continuing requirement for Secure Enterprise Network Systems, Services, amp; Support (SENS3) for the continued operations and maintenance and evolution of the Homeland Secure Data Network (HSDN) and the Classified Local Area Network (C-LAN). This requirement was previously called Enterprise Networked Services Support (ENSS). Supporting the SENS3 management team, the candidate will provide the technical services necessary to engineer, operate, deploy, maintain, and secure the SENS3 Operational Networks. The candidate will monitor and evaluate the performance of network and systems, generate reports to management, and implement changes to enhance network and system performance in accordance with the Government-approved PWS, Government-approved SLAs, and security policies.
- 5+ years of experience with Network or Systems Operations. - Experience with ITSM tools (i.e. SharePoint, Remedy, ServiceNow, etc.); - Familiarity with scripting tools and languages such as Python or PowerShell; - Excellent oral and written communica - DHS experience - Microsoft certification - Security+ certification - ServiceNow certification - BMC Remedy certification Bachelors degree from an accredited college in a related discipline, or equivalent experience/combined education, with 5 years of professional experience; or 3 years of professional experience with a related Masters degree.
