JOB DESCRIPTION: Leidos is seeking a qualified Project Manager for the Army Culture Center at Ft Huachuca in Sierra Vista, AZ. The Project Manager will oversee contractor shall support for training development and instruction, quality assurance, and graphic design necessary to develop and update training products and provide instruction in support of cross-cultural competency training requirements for US military, DA Civilians and the Joint Force on relevant, mission-focused, operational and PME-focused cross-cultural knowledge, skills, abilities and attributes to produce a cross-culturally competent regionally aligned operational force to support unified land operations in all geographic combatant commands in a joint, inter-organizational and multinational environment. The Project Manager will sustain culture curricula through the modification and update of training and training materials. All curricula developed and instructed will be staffed and approved by government personnel and in compliance with the learning objectives and requirements listed in the Combined Joint Chief of Staff Instruction 3126.01A (CJCSI 3126.01A), the Army Culture, Regional Expertise and Language Strategy (ACRELS, as updated), its supporting documents, and Army guidance. Additionally, training specialists will provide support for implementation of culture tasks as required for inclusion in all TRADOC schools, Train-the-Trainer missions, and distance learning products developed by the ACC.
EDUCATION amp; EXPERIENCE: A Bachelors Degree and Minimum of 4 years of experience in quality assurance in an Army program or training/education related program.
