The Department of Homeland Security (DHS) has a continuing requirement for Secure Enterprise Network Systems, Services, amp; Support (SENS3) for the continued operations and maintenance and evolution of the Homeland Secure Data Network (HSDN) and the Classified Local Area Network (C-LAN). This requirement was previously called Enterprise Networked Services Support (ENSS). The candidate will perform as the Video Operations Center (VOC) Lead on the SENS3 program. Lead 24x7 video operations center for unclassified, secret, top secret, and related operations centers. Candidate will identify AV requirements, schedule AV for the events, provide detailed technical guidance to end users and vendors, and coordinate technical logistics with Government Communications, Events, Technology, site contacts, and other end users as needed. Provide monitoring, maintenance, and support of video communications networks for DHS. Provide all Tier levels resolution and client support to schedule or activate VTCs. Maintain responsibility for providing VTC outage documentation using client provided incident tracking software. Manage the video networks for resource availability and conflicts. Ensure compliance with VTC network security policies and procedures. Assist with the development of the Rules of Engagement (ROE) and policies and procedures as they pertain to the VTC environment. Leverage knowledge of H323 Protocol Stack.
- Experience managing network, voice, video, center and/or service desk operations centers - Experience with VTC service and support, including scheduling, monitoring, administrative support, and technical assistance to VTC clients - Knowledge of networ - DHS Experience - Working knowledge of Microsoft technologies such as Active Directory, Exchange, SharePoint, SCCM, Skype, - Good understanding of Virtualization Technologies particularly VMWare amp; HYperV - Good understanding of Enterprise Mobility Te Bachelors degree from an accredited college in a related discipline, or equivalent experience/combined education, with 14 years or more of professional experience; or 12 years of professional experience with a related Masters degree.
