Job Description

Leidos is looking for a TADSS Training to support the Army’s Huachuca Training and Support Contract (HTASC), located at Fort Huachuca, AZ. HTASC is the U.S. Army Intelligence Center of Excellence (USAICoE) premier training program.
Candidate will be knowledgeable in and experienced in Training Aids, Devices, Simulators and Simulations (TADSS) for both system and non-system. Must have experience in exercise vignettes, exercise scenario design and development and simulation training/integration. Knowledgeable of Live, Virtual, and Constructive (LVC) intelligence training capabilities for device and simulation support within the training and intelligence communities of Army Models amp; Simulations (M amp;S domain). Must be able of instructing personnel from prepared course material. Must have experience in the formulation, assessment, and execution of training requirements and alternatives (platform instruction, distance learning, blended training, interactive multimedia instruction). Must have experience in development of requisite training materials, products, and documentation for individual and team/section collective MI Solder and Leader TADSS (both system and non-system), in support of Doctrine Tactics and Training (DTT). Must be capable of instructing personnel from prepared course material. Must be able to travel to various training locations. Must have strong written and oral communication skills.
BA degree and 6 years of prior relevant experience.
