Spanish/French Help Desk Operators (641549)

Job Description

Help Desk Operators will provide telephone operations support to answer and manage incoming calls from a variety of sources. All customer service support personnel must provide professional, courteous, and resourceful support to all incoming calls. Personnel must be proficient in relevant computer applications, customer service principles and practices, call center telephony and technology, data entry, and clerical processes. Attention to detail is necessary to manage complexity of calls.
Required Skills:
-Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience of 5 years experience
-1+ years of professional experience
-Spanish and French language proficiency
-Excellent interpersonal skills
-Able to work easily with non-native English speakers
-Able to adapt to changing work requirements, multitask, and prioritize

Desired Skills:
-Prior call center experience managing a high volume of incoming calls
