JOB DESCRIPTION: Responsible for directing, the service operations activities of all aspects of the Ratchet Program Statement of Objectives/Statement of Work to ensure successful completion within the quality control parameters. The Ratchet program is the Enterprise IT- Operations and Maintenance (O amp;M) portion of the Transformers Campaign. The Ratchet IDIQ set of Task Orders provides the NRO with the ability to acquire hardware and software O amp;M services and sustainment engineering of orphaned systems for legacy mission and mission support systems. The size of the program could reach revenues in excess of $75M per year, and spans both CONUS and OCONUS. This position is located in Chantilly VA, remotely managing the service operations portions of the program.
Education/Certification: Required: Bachelor’s Degree in Business or a related technical field (Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics (STEM)). ITIL Service Operations Certification Required Experience: Shall have at least 5 years recent (within the past 3 years) relevant experience (similar size, scope, and complexity to include subcontracts management) within the NRO or mission partner
