Leidos Innovations Corp is seeking a Cloud Services Operator to join our team. This role will directly support our customer Microsoft at their facility located in Reston, VA or Redmond, WA. The successful candidate will be part of a team that supports the Microsoft Federal Azure Cloud. This position is part of a team supporting 24x7 cloud operations with rotating shifts. This program is a performance based contract that provides the full scope of IT Infrastructure support services to a commercial IT program. The successful candidate will support the vision of federal, state and local agencies cloud computing services. The candidate will combine an understanding of core system components and an ability to provide secure virtual escort sessions for component teams in the environment. Discretion, working independently and being adaptive to non-routine tasks to achieve program SLAs and Microsoft metrics are key to be successful in his role. Provides a point of escalation and support to the Network Operations Center and Data Center Technicians. Performs IT cloud production services, updates ticketing system, and uses Microsoft monitoring tools and applications. Supports, maintains and administers third party applications. Adheres to appropriate documentation for Production System Maintenance activities (live escorting). Position is expansive and additional responsibilities can be added.
-Demonstrated knowledge of the administration of Windows desktop, server OS, and MS Office
- Willing to work rotating shift requirements
-Possess strong reading/writing/typing skills
-Must be process and detailed-oriented
- Ability to follow instructions, learn and execute against Standard Operating Procedures quickly
-Must have excellent teamwork and interpersonal skills
-Ability to obtain DoD security clearance
- Ability to clear the FBI Criminal Justice Information Services background screen
- Must pass the customer’s 3rd party cloud screening background check

EDUCATION amp; EXPERIENCE: Typically requires high school diploma or equivalent and 2 – 4 years of prior relevant experience.
