Job Description

Leidos currently has an opening for a TARP/TASE IQT Instructor and curriculum developer at Nellis AFB, NV. Candidates must possess a current TS/SCI security clearance in order to be considered. The TARP/TASE Instructor will perform duties IAW direction from the 526IS Squadron Commander, the TARP/TASE program office and Intelligence Training Branch (HQ ACC/A2AA, A2OT), or their designated representative to execute tasking in support of IIQC operations, to include, but not limited to, instruction, materials development, course support, and other related activities. Position responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
  • Prepare, update, and publish IIQC course academics to include lesson plans, syllabi, and academic schedules
  • Present/instruct course academics
  • Perform associated IIQC administrative management functions as necessary:
  • Coordination and compilation of class date schedules, rosters, and instructors
  • Preparing and sending student reporting instructions
  • Managing IIQC computer, system tools/applications and other IT requirements
  • Processing student graduation and feedback materials
  • Support and attend MAJCOM-sponsored training requirements forums
  • Coordinate with HQ ACC/A2O as required
  • Support associated/parent unit training programs as required to maintain currency on Mission Design Series operations and associated intelligence support (between IIQC courses)
  • Perform other TARP/TASE program functions as directed as 526IS

Required Skills:
  • Minimum of 5 years of Air Force intelligence experience, having achieved a “Mission Ready” (MR) status in their primary duty position
  • Minimum of 3 years' experience supporting site-specific MDS or a similar mission-type MDS at the tactical unit level or in direct support from the operational level
  • Experience with TARP/TASE program
  • Must be able to successfully complete instructor training as directed by the Air Force
Desired Skills:
  • Previous AF instructor experience
  • 12+ years AF Intel experience
  • Bachelor’s degree
