Job Description


This position is in direct support of the Air Force Common Computing Environment (CCE) with development activities in the implementation of an Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) Common Services environment. This innovative task is through the Global Combat Support System - Air Force (GCSS-AF) 2 contract vehicle. Team members will collaborate on all activities to support systems engineering, integration, software capability/maintenance and related support services. Team members will be encouraged to adopt and implement industry-best practices and encouraged to explore the latest technology and most efficient practices.

Specific responsibilities include:

·A successful candidate for this position will provide skills and knowledge to help sustain and maintain the ERP Enclave hosted in a DISA DECC ·He/She will provide systems engineering expertise along with functional management support to the program ·Active participation of staffing current program openings (both Leidos positions and subcontractor positions) ·On-boarding new program team members ·Employee career development and guidance ·Executing the performance assessment, salary, and recognition/disciplinary actions for the team members under purview ·Updating corporate tools related to personnel staffing and functional needs ·Participating in proposal efforts including Basis of Estimate (BOE) and technical volume writing

Basic Qualifications:

·BA/BS or equivalent experience and 7+ years of prior relevant experience or Masters with 5+ years of prior relevant experience. ·Demonstrated experience with software requirements collection, discrepancy report troubleshooting, and documentation ·Demonstrated experience with functional, regression, and performance testing of software applications on multiple classification domains and operating systems ·Demonstrated experience with automated testing using Oracle Automated Test Suite or other automated test tools

·Mature conflict resolution and relationship management skills ·Strong briefing skills ·Prior leadership experience ·Complex problem solving skills ·Strict adherence to Leidos ethical standards ·Experience in commercial cloud environments (AWS, OMCS) ·Experience in platform migration ·Experience in cloud migration

·Experience in Agile development


HS diploma and 8+ years of relevant experience or

BA/BS degree and 5+ years or relevant experience or

Masters degree and 3+ years of relevant experience.
