Electronic Income Withholding Application Outreach Specialist (646467)

Job Description


This position represents the federal Office of Child Support Enforcement (OCSE) and markets its electronic wage withholding applications to employers. The position makes presentation at employer conference and to individual employers interested in learning more about the application. The position also works one-on-one with employers to respond to specific questions about the application as well as providing technical assistance to employers who are coding for the application and are testing their code before moving into production.<?xml:namespace prefix = "o" ns = "urn:schemas-microsoft-com:office:office" />

This position works directly with our technical teams, our customer, and our state end users to ensure application enhancements and changes are made to improve efficiency and accuracy. The person is required to prepare written materials and reports, and facilitates national calls with state users and employers.

The position prepared and delivers project, status, and trip reports.


EDUCATION amp; EXPERIENCE: Typically requires BS degree and 8 – 12 years of prior relevant experience or Masters with 6 – 10 years of prior relevant experience. May possess a Doctorate in technical domain.<?xml:namespace prefix = "o" ns = "urn:schemas-microsoft-com:office:office" />

Child support enforcement program experience is required.
