The AMRC Team Lead shall serve as the management and technical lead for contractor personnel performing functions in support of AMRC. The AMRC team lead shall be responsible for providing senior-level expertise to the region, independently complete complicated or complex tasks, and lead or direct the work of contractor personnel assigned to the center.
It is required that the AMRC Team Lead has the following qualifications:
a. A minimum of ten years of experience in all source analysis
b. A minimum of five years of experience managing teams similar to the work described in Section C.5.4
c. Possess a Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited university
d. Possess a final TS clearance with SCI eligibility and in-scope CSP at proposal submission
It is desired that the AMRC Team Lead has the following qualifications:
a. Possess a Bachelor’s Degree in Intelligence, International Relations, Political Science, Criminal Justice, Finance, Economics, an area in Physical Science, or a similar area of study.
b. Proven understanding of and experience with the Americas region (Section J, Attachment X), including topics such as history, current events, political climate, and military leadership.
c. Intermediate reading capability of Spanish (the equivalent of the Defense Language Proficiency Test (DLPT) Level 2 for reading)
