Leidos is seeking an Implementation Manager, contingent upon contract award, in Baltimore, MD.
The Implementation Manager shall be responsible for all aspects of N8NN system transition planning, installation, and cutover; and ensure that all criteria associated with the transition and cutover activities defined in the Transition Plan are performed within the required time periods.
The Implementation Manager shall coordinate activities with the Contractor’s Implementation Team and the local office managers for all pre- and post-cutover support activities. The Implementation Manager shall report weekly on the status of all activities associated with the installation of the NGTP systems at each office and shall also be responsible for ensuring site cutover acceptance by the Agency. This Implementation Manager shall start working on the HQ transition after the N8NN transition is completed.
Activities include, developing the implementation master project plan including project deliverables and milestones, communicate the project schedule and milestones to the client and Contractor team members, ensure proper deliverables and manage the implementation of a totally integrated solution encompassing hardware and software. Other services include installation, configuration, system administration, maintenance, on-going contracted services, and all associated documentation.

Bachelor's degree from an accredited college in a related discipline, or equivalent experience/combined education, with 11 years or more of professional experience; or 9 years of professional experience with a related Master's degree.
Must be Project Management Professional certified. Broad working knowledge of system engineering, system implementation, and operations and maintenance. Requires prior hands-on experience deploying or integrating systems into a national call center environment. Experience working in a CMMI L3 or higher environment, reporting EVMS, and writing software lifecycle documentation. Excellent communication skills (written and oral) required.
Requires US Citizen or US Person (Green Card Holder) with the ability to obtain a Public Trust clearance.
