Leidos has an opportunity available for Business Process Analyst at our Baltimore Facility to work on an OCSE Contract.
This position will be working on evaluating the effectiveness of existing business processes for the Federal Child Support Enforcement contract with the Department of Health and Human Services. The contract has been in place for more than 20 years. We are seeking an individual who will support our efforts to review, revise or develop sustainable, repeatable and quantifiable business process improvements. Duties include researching best business practices within and outside the organization, collecting and analyzing process data to initiate, develop and recommend business practices and procedures that focus on enhanced safety, increased productivity, and reduced cost. Duties may include determining how new information technologies can support reengineering business processes.
This position will be required to work with a variety of development, production support and customer support teams. Good written and oral communication skills are necessary to be successful in this position. Qualifications:
