Job Description


Serves as the Team Chief of an Operations Group in the US Army’s Mission Command Training Program (MCTP).

Supervises contractor personnel in the conduct of analytic research and preparation of products in support of mission command training seminars, exercises, planning events and other client support as required. Responsible for ensuring contract deliverables by the Operations Group are submitted on time in compliance with the performance work statement. Responsible for ensuring Military Decision Making Process (MDMP) products and exercise support products are doctrinally correct. Represents the Team through frequent interactions with commanders of the operations groups, chief observer trainers, warfighting chiefs, and Senior Mentors. Participates in key events, such as mission analysis, decision briefs, rehearsal and Operations Order (OPORD) briefings, and after action reviews. Oversees the setup of contractor operations at exercise locations worldwide. Performs other duties as directed by the Program Manager.

- Bachelors degree and 4-8 years of relevant experience.

- Military Education Level 1 graduate.
- Top Secret SCI clearance, MEL 1 graduate, retired Colonel (O6) equivalent or above. Successfully served in a key developmental position at Corps/Division level. Demonstrated knowledge in all Army and Joint regulations and manuals. PMP-Certified
Desired: Former MCTP Commander or former brigade commander. Proficient in the use of MS Office, Word, and PowerPoint software.
