The Department of Homeland Security (DHS) has a continued requirement to support operations of the Secure Enterprise Network Systems, Services amp; Support (SENS3) contract. The selected candidate will perform security activities and site Assessment amp; Authorization in accordance with the Risk Management Framework (RMF) and NIST security requirements for 900+ HSDN sites to maintain their security posture, working and interacting with agency POCs, site personnel, and with the DHS certifying authority. Will be responsible for creating and maintaining security plans, and conducting annual assessments for all active sites on HSDN. Conducts HSDN site inventories to maintain accurate information on current security state of sites. Reconciles all site HSDN inventory changes, using the BMC Remedy Configuration Management Database (CMDB) asset management tool. Provides support and security expertise to SENS3 Program and SENS3 Security Services Division (Site C amp;A, Core C amp;A, Security Engineering, Vulnerability Assessment, and Enterprise Audit) as required to meet and exceed customer requirements. Required Clearance: Top Secret/SCIQualifications:
- 8 plus years of experience providing COMSEC support including key management, key renewal and reporting
- Knowledge of COMSEC electronic key management systems and local site key management policies
- SME of all security requirements
- DHS Program Experience
Typically requires BS degree and 8 plus years of relevant experience; or 10 plus years of relevant experience may be substituted in lieu of a degree; or a Masters with 6 years of prior relevant experience. May possess a Doctorate in technical domain. Leidos Overview:
