Job Description


Experienced integration and test lead required for Combat Training System programs in support of overseas customer. Successful candidate will have 10+ years of successful experience supporting the integration of hardware and software in austere field environments.

Knowledge with the EXCON operation of CTC. Provides setup, and training. Installs all new software for workstations. Documents network problems and resolution for future reference. Performs troubleshooting analysis of workstations and associated systems. Qualified to troubleshoot and repair GRS, and Mobile Shelters. Qualified to instruct the AFCTC‑3 staff in the transition from fixed site operation to mobile operation.

Candidate is experienced in WES used at AFCTC. Qualified to install, initialize, repair and operate all WES devices. Qualified to troubleshoot and repair WES devices. Troubleshoots and repairs WES equipment during training exercises. Cross trained to troubleshoot and repair workstations and other computer equipment. Installs firmware and software updates. Reports problem areas and recommends design improvements based on field experience. Maintains a log of all warranty and non-warranty repairs. Repairs or replaces faulty items. Conducts training on specific subjects for the AFCTC WES staff.

Position will initially be in Orlando, FL and will then relocate to EGYPT for 3 year posting.


Experience with MILES or other Live Training systems. Experience with Ground Combat Platforms. Knowledge of Leidos PAN, MILES product line. Experience of EXCON legacy and current fielded systems, O/C Handheld System Controller, Data Link Controller and associated systems. Familiarity with customer training process and objectives. BS degree and 8+ years experience or equivalent professional.

Experience of MILES based Live Training Systems preferred. Conversational Arabic (Egyptian). Expat experience.
