Job SummaryThe CNO Analyst/Programmer III will work as part of an integrated team supporting a broad range of embedded development projects. Project activities span the entire engineering and software lifecycle from initial characterization and research to support for matured and delivered projects. Selected applicants will apply their low-level programming and deep analytical skills on new and challenging technologies.
ResponsibilitiesProvide/author technical documentation and research reports, lead and participate in design, code, and software readiness reviews as prescribed by the customers software development procedures and processesLead CNO Analyst/Programmers in daily tasksDebug software and troubleshoot issuesProgramming CNO toolsProgramming in various languages (C, C++, Perl, Python)Network sockets programmingCreate and brief technical presentations
Bachelor’s Degree and nine (9) or more years experience in computer science, information systems, or network engineering OR minimum of eleven (11) years experience in computer science, information systems, or network engineering Minimum eight (8) years experience programming in Assembly, C, C++, Java, Perl, or PythonMinimum seven (7) year experience developing in one (1) or more of the following:Windows applications using Visual Studio or .NET environmentsUNIX applications using make files or comparable build environmentsMinimum six (6) years experience with programming CNO tools and techniques.Minimum four (4) years experience in network sockets programming developing packet-level programs Expert packet-level understanding of IP, TCP, and application-level protocolsAble to lead CNO Analyst/Programmers in daily tasksExtensive experience with UNIX kernel internals and or low-level Windows internalsMust possess an active TS/SCI with polygraph clearance
