Leidos supports EPA's Office of Radiation and Indoor Air, National Air Radiation Environmental Laboratory in Montgomery, Alabama, by providing information technology (IT) personnel resources to maintain the technology resources for the preparation, input, retrieval and dissemination of all data required to meet the laboratories missions and objectives. We are responsible for managing multiple networks which encompass all laboratory and EPA enterprise information technology excluding desktop support resources, on the local EPA WAN network segment. Primary responsibilities include – modifying existing C++ code to oracle based reports and forms. Collaborating with the laboratory user community to identify requirements and recommend software upgrades to improve operational efficiency. Maintain all software applications, including documenting all procedures and updating user guides when applicable.
TYPICAL EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE: Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college in a related discipline, with 4-8 years' experience. Additional experience/certifications will be considered in lieu of degree i.e. Oracle Certification. Requirements
: Programming language C++, SQL, PL/SQL . A certified Oracle Programmer with Oracle developer tools; Forms and Reports would be a plus. Leidos Overview:
