Job Summary

The Defense and Intelligence group at Leidos has a contingent opening for a Quality Control Manager / Senior Intelligence Analyst to work at a customer location on MacDill AFB, Tampa, Florida. This is an exciting opportunity to use your experience helping the National Ground Intelligence Center IED Branch to conduct Regional Threat Characterizations. The NGIC Improvised Explosive Device (IED) Branch mission focuses on global IED threats, emphasizing locations of U.S. Forces currently deployed and are likely to be involved in the next five (5) years and other areas of national interest. As new technologies are developed, so are new triggering devices and techniques. Because the level of technology varies in developing countries, the creation of the country studies will include specific threats for each target country. Primary Responsibilities Conduct Intelligence Analysis and develop regional threat characterizations (RTC) of the IED threat and the organizations that use them. Provided quality control of RTC products and papers prior to delivery to the customer.
Basic Qualifications The Quality Control Manager / Senior Analyst must have a minimum of 10 years of Intelligence Community experience, including at least eight years of analytic experience with at least five years of IED analysis, and a minimum of four years of management experience. Contractor must have at least five years of experience working with the Department of Defense or Intelligence Community and minimum of three years of Quality Control experience. Contractor must have the communication skills to effectively interface with senior military officials, managers, and subordinates. Contractor must possess a bachelor’s degree in a related field and maintain a Documented Quality Control certification. Must possess an active TS/SCI in JPAS. Preferred Qualifications
Master’s Degree in related field.
