The Federal Trade Commission (FTC) SNS program is hiring 9 front line call center customer service representatives (CSR). FTC CSRs respond to incoming contacts from consumers that have been victims of identity theft and consumer fraud. Efforts are made to efficiently document consumer complaints into a secure database, provide educational materials/referrals, and assist Federal Trade Commission rules and regulations. The expected shift is 9:20 am to 6:05 pm, Monday through Friday. This is a temporary/seasonal position that has potential for full-time opportunities. Temporary position will conclude on or before May 01, 2018, depending on volume. Decisions about future opportunities beyond May 2018 are based on business volume and employee performance.
The office is location is400 Tijeras NW #600 Albuquerque NM 87102. The WD hourly rate is $11.35 with an HW opportunity of $4.27.
- High Schoo diploma or GED equivalent
- Customer Service Experience
- General PC knowledge/skills (familiar with Windows based programs, typing, internet, etc).
Desired Skills: Preferred but not required
- Call Center experience
- Bilingual (English/Spanish fluency in writing and speaking)
