Leidos has a career opportunity for a Program Security Specialist at Nellis AFB, NV. Candidates must possess a current TS/SCI in order to be considered. The applicant will implement operational Air Force unit security program policies and procedures and recommend measures to ensure compliance with applicable information, physical, industrial, and personnel security directives. Applicants will verify clearances for system access and visit requests; develop and manage security education and refresher training; conduct administrative security processing for newly assigned and departing personnel; and develop facility and equipment security accreditation packages. Their duties will include Open Source, Collateral, Special Access Programs (SAP), Foreign Disclosure (FD) and Secure Compartmented Programs (SCIF) actions. Applicants will work with multiple Program and Facility Managers; conduct unit self-inspections; update security documentation, access controls; and conduct security briefings and meetings. Develop, coordinate, and execute security objectives for personnel security issues that include but not limited to all and support the coordinating actions with local and national agencies to obtain security accreditation of the new facility.
Qualifications: Applicants must possess a Bachelor’s degree amp; 4+ years experience OR 8 years of demonstrated AF Security Management expertise inclusive of National Industrial Security Program Operating Manual (NISPOM); DoD Information Assurance Certification and Accreditation Process (DIACAP) and Department of Defense Intelligence Information System (DoDIIS) certification and accreditation processes; Joint Personnel Adjudication System (JPAS), Scattered Castles, DCID series and other relevant directives related to Collateral, SAP, and FD security programs.
