Job Description


The selected candidate will be responsible for supporting the Afghanistan CLS program. Duties include logistics analysis of demand history and demand forecasting. Knowledge of Management Information System (MIS) operation is highly desired. Candidate will be required to initiate purchase requests for large procurements and will place orders utilizing company issued credit cards. Candidate will reconcile credit card transactions with financial systems on a weekly basis. Candidate will work directly with suppliers and vendors. Candidate will interface with the Supply chain subcontract administrators and buyers. Candidate will be required to routinely flex work days/hours to communicate with counterparts located in Afghanistan. (Afghanistan is Eastern Standard Time +8.5 hours).

EDUCATION amp; EXPERIENCE: Typically requires a BA degree and 2 – 4 years of prior relevant experience or Masters with less than 2 years of prior relevant experience.
Desired Skills:

Proficient with MS Office, ability to alter direction mid-step; familiarity with DoD Procurement processes (Army preferred)
