Job Description


This position supports reporting and analysis of operational data. Successful candidate must demonstrate the ability to work across teams to overcome challenges and pursue objectives. Must be detail oriented with good organizational skills to manage time schedules and multiple priorities while maintaining productivity.

  • Support the sourcing teams by providing timely reports of supplier and category spend data
  • Synthesize data from multiple sources into a usable, customer friendly format
  • Analyze financial and operational data
  • Develop metrics and benchmark against industry
  • Assist with cost savings calculations
  • Assist in maintaining Procurement Performance Management Database
  • Support development and maintenance of procurement dashboard
  • Perform due diligence on suppliers
  • Map and document standard operating procedures
  • Recommend changes to improve efficiency and identify cost savings

  • Bachelor’s degree and 4+ years of experience in supply chain, business management or finance
  • Experience analyzing large sets of data
  • Experience implementing business process improvements
  • Good interpersonal and relationship management skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills to clearly and effectively interact with a diverse group of individuals
  • High level of proficiency with MS Excel (pivot tables, lookups) and PowerPoint
