Leidos is seeking highly qualified candidates to support a government client. Candidates must possess a TS/SCI clearance to be considered. Join our team of national-level analysts and technical experts supporting decision-makers and policy development for the mission to lead and support the counterintelligence and security activities of the US Government, the US Intelligence Community, and US private sector entities.
The Electrical Engineer will:
Capture requirements and interpret
Provide design support, bid consultation and estimation
Author control plans and perform/oversee qualification testing
Capture and analyze test data and results
Write final test reports
Provide knowledge of electrical engineering throughout full lifecycle, including installation, modification, operation, and maintenance
Perform design reviews of facilities and mission systems to ensure compliance with applicable standards and regulations
Provide recommendations on designs and specifications for installation and maintenance of equipment and systems
Provide support and coordination of technical security research and development among partner agencies
Support development and engineering efforts within the IC and the DoS as required.
Facilitate collaboration among various security engineering efforts
Assist with recommendations on technology development and technology investments in support of the overseas mission.
BS degree or higher, in electrical engineering or related technical field.
12 years of work experience related to the technical requirement against which the individual is slated to perform.
10 or more year’s counterintelligence experience supporting the IC.
5 years of experience working with or in the USIC (may be concurrent with the requisite 12 years of work experience)
3 or more years of inter-agency experience in the IC directly supporting the CI community.
Ability to travel CONUS and OCONUS
Knowledge of worldwide physical security standards, policies, procedures and guidelines for protecting personnel, facilities and secure information.
Information and technical security experience within the IC and industry
Experience conducting liaison on security related issues
Knowledge and experience with applicable standards, regulations, and policies related to physical security of facilities and systems
Expert knowledge of TEMPEST and emanations security.
Strong written and oral communication skills
Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and problem-solving skills, including a demonstrated ability to work effectively both independently and in a team or collaborative environment
