The Leidos Competitive Capture Strategies group is seeking a highly-qualified, Competitive Intelligence (CI) Analyst to effectively support and thrive in a fast-paced environment. The CI Analyst will provide actionable intelligence on targeted competitors in a dynamic and highly competitive market. This role will require strong proficiency in the federal government contracting environment and associated competitive landscape.

The CI candidates typically have a high-energy level, strong enthusiasm, passion for innovative thinking, a competitive edge, and strong communication skills.
•Conduct in-depth competitive intelligence research and analysis using a variety of industry tools (FPDS, USASpending, GovWin IQ, BGov, DACIS, etc.)
•Generate and present tactical competitive analyses in support of large capture opportunities that span the defense, intelligence, federal civilian, health, and international arenas
•Provide teaming partner analysis and decision support
•Collect and analyze relevant pricing information required for Position-to-Win (PTW) efforts
•Coordinate and facilitate Black Hat Reviews and other related CI workshops
•Contribute to the CI / PTW SharePoint site as well as other CI-specific repositories of information
•Assist with CI training to all stakeholders across the company, to include those relative to CI tools, templates, workshops, processes, etc.
•Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university and 8+ years of related experience.
•Ability to comfortably lead consultative sessions and out-briefs with senior leadership
•Ability to dissect complex issues, analyze data, and draw insights to inform decisions
•Familiarity with the federal acquisition process and the full business development lifecycle
•Strong presentation, facilitation and communication skills
•Proficiency in MS Power Point and Excel
•Weekend and evening hours and quick-turn projects may be required
•Ability to obtain DOD SECRET or TS/SCI
