Leidos is seeking an experienced Software Engineering Associate Manager to lead AN/FPS-108 radar sustainment support activities for the COBRA DANE AN/FPS-108 radar located on Eareckson Air Station Shemya Island, Alaska. The Contract Award is expected March 2018 with an 1 April start. This position will be located in Chesapeake, VA. Responsibilities
This position will include software development, integration, testing and serve as the site lead of the Software Integration Lab (SIL). Tasking includes providing both emergency and urgent depot level maintenance (EDLM/UDLM) support to the COBRA DANE radar located on Shemya Island, AK. Travel to all work sites will be required. Duties will include oversight of computer resources life cycle, integration and test activities associated with the COBRA DANE depot and sustainment task order which includes depot maintenance, system and logistics engineering, configuration management, and cyber security.

Bachelor's degree in a related field with 5 or more years of software engineering, development and sustainment experience or Masters Degree with 3 or more years of software engineering, development and sustainment experience including at least 3 years leading software engineering teams. - Experience with COBRA DANE radar system or other similar Air Force radar systems. - Experience with the successful transition of a large scale, geographically distributed program. - Experience with solving challenging Software obsolesce and modernization efforts. - Must be able to obtain a DoD Secret level clearance. Preferred Qualifications
