The Fraud Detection System (FDS) Column Technology Case Management Software Developer will lead the design and configuration of the FDS case management solution. This individual will work closely with the vendor and Fraud Detection project team to design and integrate a BMC Remedy based case management system to include workflow design, integration with external and internal systems, reporting and visualizations and other design enhancements as needed
Duties and Responsibilities:
-Develop and communicate strategies and best practices with staff or clients for product implementation.
-Develop case management system for fraud detection using BMC Remedy-based Column Technologies software
-Document design specifications, installation instructions, and other system-related information.
-Verify stability, interoperability, portability, security, or scalability of system architecture.
-Collaborate with developers to select appropriate design solutions or ensure the compatibility of system components.
-Support troubleshooting of systems.
-Identify system data, hardware, or software components required to meet user needs.
-Provide guidelines for implementing secure systems to customers or installation teams.
-Monitor system operation to detect potential problems.
-Requires a BS degree and 8–12 years of prior relevant experience or Masters with 6–10 years of prior relevant experience.
-A four-year undergraduate degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Systems or demonstrated work experience
-3 years experience BMC Remedy experience
-Understand business and technical requirements and drawings
-Develop strategies and best practices for product implementation
-Install and configure BMC Remedy applications
-Customize BMC Remedy applications
-Design custom or product-based solutions based on BMC Remedy applications
-Implement integrations with BMC Remedy applications
-Troubleshoot and support BMC Remedy based applications and systems
-Draft requirements, technical installation, configuration and customization specification documents
-Draft use cases and functional requirements documents
-Knowledge of User Acceptance Testing (UAT) – Process and documentation.
-Knowledge and application experience of the Government’s Authority to Operate (ATO) process and documentation.
-Good Communication skills and ability to work on their own or within a team
