Job Description


The position will develop and provide instruction pertaining to the implantation and usage of various Biometrics collection platforms

Primary job responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

Provide services of instructor/training developer to develop and update training products and present training to customers receiving evolving systems. These services include, but are not limited to, development of new system training products {System Training Plans (STRAPs), New Equipment Training (NET) Program of Instruction (POI), Lesson Plans (LP) development, Test and Training Support Packages (TTSP and TSP)}; collective and individual training products, testing, and training aids, and acquisition process support. Participate in all applicable conferences, meetings, or work group sessions, as required. Trainer/Developer will integrate multimedia course instructional methods and be prepared to facilitate training in large and small group settings. Training delivery will use a variety of instructional environments to include classroom, mobile training team (requires travel to external customer sites), video- teleconference, virtual and computer- based training, and team teaching.

Bachelor’s Degree (equivalent job experience may be substituted in lieu of a degree) and 6+ years of experience in intelligence operations experience, as well as understanding tactics, techniques and procedures, including analytical usage. Security Clearance access to start and must be able to attain SCI to maintain position.

Intelligence experience in any of the following Intelligence disciplines is highly desired.
