The architect will work with the Fraud Detection team, Column Technologies and Business Stakeholders to architect, deploy and support the Case Management System that will be used to work through suspected fraudulent responses and scenarios during the 2020 Census. The candidate will gather requirements, develop business process models, and assist in developing the case management platform by ensuring the BPMs are detailed enough to develop.
Duties and Responsibilities:
-Understand business and technical requirements and drawings.
-Communicate strategies and best practices for product implementation.
-Install and configure BMC Remedy applications.
-Customize BMC Remedy applications.
-Draft requirements for implementation.
-Draft use cases and functional requirements documents.
-Design workflow and process for end users.
-Requires a BS degree and 8–12 years of prior relevant experience or Masters with 6–10 years of prior relevant experience/
-3-5 years experience working with Remedy applications. Column Technologies BMC overlay experience a plus.
-3-5 years of progressive experience in analysis, requirements gathering, design and development of enterprise application systems.
