Job Summary:The Leidos Cyber and SIGINT Solutions Operation has a career opening for a Contracts Administrator in Columbia, MD.
Primary Responsibilities:Provides proposal and contractual administration for low to medium risk/complexity proposal and contract actions.Work is performed under general direction. Participates in determining objectives of assignment. Plans schedules and arranges own activities in accomplishing objectives.Complete understanding and application of contract principles, concepts, practices and standards. Full knowledge of industry and company practices.Represents organization as a prime contact on contracts or projects. Interacts with senior internal and external personnel on significant matters often requiring coordination between organizations. Develops solutions to a variety of complex problems. May refer to established precedents and company policies.Required to administer standard and nonstandard contracts. Relative knowledge and understanding of customer processes and policyTrains and mentors less experienced contracts administrators
Bachelors Degree and 8 or more years of prior relevant experience or Masters with 6 or more years of prior relevant experience. In lieu of Bachelors Degree 12 or more years of contract administration experience with the DoD will be consideredSolid working knowledge/experience with the FAR, Agency supplements and UCC.Active TS/SCI with polygraph
