We are searching for a Military Operations Analysis Manager in support of the SS-AISR program in Bagram, Afghanistan. In this role, you will oversee the effective operation of the SS-AISR TOC (Tactical Operations Center) and its personnel. You will be reporting to the Deputy Program Manager.
-Responsible for providing direct management and supervision of up to 6 TOC (Tactical Operations Center) personnel running 24/7 operations.
-Provide direct administrative support for employee user accounts to ensure continued access.
-Manage rotation plans, daily schedules, and TOC SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures).
-Ensure TOC operates as the center of communication for all SS-AISR assets to both internal personnel and tactical stakeholders.
-Provide daily and weekly reports to both company management and government entities, as required.
-Advise management on issues affecting SS-AISR platforms or TOC personnel.
-Bachelor’s degree, with 8+ years of related work experience, or a Master's degree with 6+ years of related work experience. In particular, we are searching for experience in design and development, management and supervision of substantive military hardware/software development, and systems analysis.
-An active Secret Clearance and the ability to achieve a final Top Secret /SCI level of clearance
-Valid US passport for at least 3 years.
-Ability to read, write and speak English
-Familiarly with basic computer skills
-Must be able to meet CENTCOM CRC medical minimum standards
-Must be able to meet deployment training minimum standards
-Must be able to work with customers and subcontractors in a professional manner

Prior experience as a TOC Operator, ASO, JTAC, or ITC highly recommended.
