Leidos is searching for a Field Service Representative in support of the SS-ASIR program. This position is located in Iraq. The Enhanced Medium Altitude Reconnaissance and Surveillance System (EMARSS) Field Service Representative (FSR) is a highly experienced subject matter expert on all systems on the EMARSS aircraft. As the FSR you will be responsible for providing consulting, oversight and integration support of existing hardware, software, network configurations and new system initiatives for all sites within area of responsibility. Duties may include providing remote and site support services, as well as assisting in the development of procedural changes.
-Responsible for ensuring the continuous operation of EMARSS Mission Equipment Payloads (MEP) which includes the MX-15, COMINT systems, and all associated components.
-Responsible for identifying priorities and assignment of associated tasks involving scheduled maintenance of MEP.
-Provide leadership and direction during aircraft reconfiguration operations, provide training to Airborne Sensor Operators (ASO), as required, to maintain proficiency, and work with other -CONUS/OCONUS support elements to ensure the highest levels of sensor availability.
-Requires a Bachelor's degree and 8+ years of prior relevant experience, or additional year's of experience in lieu of a degree or Masters with 6+ of prior relevant experience.
-Requires extensive knowledge of all working systems on the EMARSS platform. This candidate should have strong experience with networking, software, hardware, and virtual network environments and troubleshooting.
-Requires Expert Knowledge and the ability to apply advanced technical principles, theories, and concepts to network and avionics mission systems
-Requires 8+ years of Electronic Avionics / Intelligence, Surveillance, Reconnaissance (ISR) experience
-Must have a Secret security clearance with the ability to obtain and maintain a Top Secret/SCI security clearance
-Must be able to work a 60 day on / 60 day off work rotation cycle (7 days a week, 12 hrs. a day)
-Meet CENTCOM Deployment Requirements and willing to relocate to meet mission requirements which may include living in austere environments and temporary housing
-Prior experience on Beyond Line of Site (BLOS) SATCOM Networks
-Must have an intermediate level of computer knowledge (i.e. Windows IP config)
-Troubleshooting skills with experience using relevant test equipment
-Must have avionics electronics background with testing and fielding aircraft (military or civilian)

-Prior Experience on MARSS/EMARRS-G/M/V/S, or Constant Hawk/TACOP ISR Platforms
-Must have strong knowledge of the Wescam MX-15HDi/DiD; complete understanding of the operation and functions of the MX-15; removal/troubleshooting and install of the MX-15; strong knowledge of PICTE/AIMES software, settings and functions
-Must have strong understanding of: CDU 7000, KG-175 Encryptor Unit, PRC-117G, ARC-231, MCAP Intercommunication system, COMSEC, VHF/UHF, GPS systems to include INS, IRU, and Embedded GPS INS (EGI), Blue Force Tracker 2.0
-Must have strong understanding of: block, physical, and logical diagrams
-Must have strong understanding of: VSAT/SATCOM systems, FTP, routers, switches, ground sampling distance, flight line operations, Aerospace Ground Equipment (AGE)
-DoD 8570 Compliant IAT Level 2 certification
