Job Description

Leidos Corporate has an immediate opening for a Government Compliance (GC) Analyst. As part of our GC team, this position will support the annual Incurred Cost Submission and Defense Contract Audit Agency (DCAA) RFI (request for information) audit efforts and ensure control documentation is adequate and delivered timely to the requestors. This position will:- Audit support of the annual Incurred Cost Submission and associate RFI’s from DCAA.- Audits include, but not limited to, the following – travel expenses (airfare, hotel, car, meals, etc.), legal costs, staff and recreation expenses, Purchased Professional Services, Consultants, labor costs, and subcontract documentation.- Maintain appropriate records and documentation; track, monitor, and report data to support government compliance.- Identify potential government compliance problems and work to resolve them.- Provide recommendations for remediation in audit areas where they are significant findings and, in some cases, provide specific training/advice to employees.
- Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited university in Accounting, Finance or a related field and minimum 4 years of relevant experience in Compliance. Additional years of experience will be considered in lieu of a degree- Strong analytical and problem resolution skills, excellent communication skills, proficiency in Excel and related tools.- Excellent communication skills to be able to interview people, provide training/advice, write summary findings, and discuss/brief audit findings with management- Working knowledge of FAR and CAS.
DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS:- Previous experience with Costpoint and Data Mining software such as Brio and/or Hyperion- Prior Finance or Project Control experience with SAIC/Leidos
