Job Description


Follow up with customers to ensure systems are working properly

Identify, evaluate, and prioritize customer requests

Evaluate requests, identify trends, and make recommendations on improvements

Maintain, update, and manage databases

Support Security Engineers and Information Assurance Managers

Ensure all builds, upgrades, and installations are in accordance to proper regulations and procedures

Provide PKI support, including training, token distribution, review, and adjudication, and documentation

Update ONI PKI SharePoint site

Create IA briefs, Interim Approval’s to Test, Interim Approval’s to Operate, and Temporary Modification Requests as needed

Perform vulnerability management and Intelligence Community reporting

Respond to, disseminate, and track compliance with Information Assurance Vulnerability Alerts (lAVAs) Information Assurance Vulnerability Bulletins (lAVBs) Computer Tasking Orders (CTOs) in the Online Compliance Reporting System


External Referral Eligible


Active TS/SCI clearance

BA/BS (or 4 years of additonal experience in lieu of degree) with 4 years of relevant experience OR MA/MS with 2 years of relevant experience

Security+ CE certification

Experience with designing, developing, integrating, securing, and maintaining Public Key Infrastructure architectures and technologies

Experience with Information Assurance Vulnerability Management (IAVM) including reporting, risk assessment, and remediation processes and procedures

Experience managing and manipulating databases
