Job Description

Leidos is seeking highly qualified candidates to support a government client. Candidates must possess a TS/SCI clearance with polygraph to be considered. Join our team of national-level analysts and technical experts supporting decision-makers and policy development for the mission to lead and support the counterintelligence and security activities of the US Government, the US Intelligence Community, and US private sector entities.

The Insider Threat CI SME will:
• Provide guidance / counsel on national-level programmatic execution, growth, evaluation, and evolution
• Provide guidance / counsel on national-level policies
• Evaluate policies in the context of the national-Level CI/Security for the USIC and law enforcement communities
• Provide organizational stewardship of the Enterprise

- Bachelor's degree or 4 years equivalent, related work experience
- 20 years of experience working at senior levels of the USIC on national/strategic-level issues requiring interagency coordination
- 15 years of experience working in government organizations, ensuring the successful development and performance of CI, Security, and/or insider threat training program objectives
- 15 years expertise/ experience/ knowledge of Foreign Intelligence Services (FIS) capabilities (offensive and defensive), intentions and vulnerabilities, on specialized issues such as economics, warning, and transnational issues in regions such as NE Asia, SE Asia, South Asia, Eurasia, Europe, Middle East, Latin America and/or Africa
- Twelve (12) years of relevant technical work experience.
- 10 years of experience overseeing, tracking, and managing to completion multiple taskers and staffing packages of a whole team of employees
- Minimum of 5 years of USIC experience including one year of experience providing evaluation and cross-community coordination of technical or analytical products
- Minimum of 5 years of experience writing white papers being developed for senior-level policymakers
- 5 years of experience working with or in the USIC (may be concurrent with the requisite 12 years of work experience)
- Possess excellent verbal, interpersonal communications, and representational skills
- Demonstrated Security, CI, Information Assurance, Inspector General, or Human Resource knowledge and involvement
- Demonstrated ability to work independently, prioritize- tasks, identify problems, and propose alternative solutions
- Demonstrated knowledge of the USIC as well as Federal Partner, Non-Title 50 organizations and components, as well as their missions, disciplines, capabilities, and interrelationships
- Must be well versed in CI and intelligence issues and priorities, and must have demonstrated experience in the U.S. policy and national security communities
- Must possess outstanding oral and written communication skills. Graduate-level grammar, spelling, writing style, and presentation are the minimum expectations. Must be able to provide detailed finished reports, papers and briefings, and participate in interagency working groups and forums
- Must be able to work effectively under time constraints and potentially changing priorities, while maintaining a high level of attention to detail
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priority tasks in a fast-paced environment while meeting pressing deadlines
- Experience providing advice and counsel to senior management on organizational design, mission priorities, human resource management, task execution, and organizational processes
- Proven ability to quickly master organizational mission, responsibilities, authorities, and culture and to assist colleagues to succeed in accomplishing organizational priorities
- Demonstrated ability to work well with people in high pressure environments, and to provide leadership and motivate others
- Proven ability to problem-solve with creative solutions to intricate challenges
