Leidos has a career opportunity for a Special Program Security Manager at Shaw AFB. Candidates must already possess a current TS/SCI clearance. Description: The successful applicant will assist Joint Task Force (JTF) and Air Expeditionary Force (AEF) planners prepare for forward deployed combat operations and exercise events. Applicants must possess extensive security knowledge of Special Technical Operations (STO) in Joint operations at the operational and tactical levels and be capable of maintaining a unit security program compliant with applicable USAF information, physical, industrial, and personnel security directives. The applicant will provide on-site technical assistance necessary to determine capability and capacity to integrate communications processes, procedures and products into operations planning; develop directives, tactics, techniques and procedures for STO-related mission execution; and contact COCOM, Joint, and Service Information Operations and STO offices to ensure STO-related pre-/post-deployment needs are accomplished. Applicants will verify clearances for system access and visit requests; develop and manage security education and refresher training; conduct administrative security processing for newly assigned and departing personnel; and develop facility and equipment security accreditation packages Performance of these duties will require applicants to conduct unit self-inspections; update documentation, conduct meetings / training and brief senior leaders; and possess Joint Operation Planning and Execution System (JOPES) experience. This position may require overseas travel into active military combat zones.
Qualifications: Minimum of 10 years’ experience in military Information Operations with at least 5 years STO operations and planning experience at the Component Numbered Air Force, Major Command or Joint Command levels . Graduate of Intelligence Community or DoD STO provided training course is highly desired. Bachelor’s degree is preferred and current TS/SCI/SAP is required. TA_2
